Casually sophisticated and modernly furnished, our Mediterraneo Main Restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking an open view kitchen whereby our professional chefs can be seen first hand creating a mouthwatering selection of buffet-style meals. It includes both tailored Cretan specialties and a variety of international cuisine available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner accompanied with a variety of complimentary beverages. MONDAYS
L’ ITALIANO VERO – Indulge your taste buds from a variety of Italian specialties offered in our extensive buffet selection including pasta marinara, vegetarian pizza, porchetta and a unique experience observing our chefs carving a slow oven cooked beef leg that will leave you more than pleasantly surprised.

WEDNESDAYS
A JOURNEY THROUGH GREECE – Relish your palate through a voyage of gastronomical delights from both mainland Greece, Crete and its surrounding islands with famous dishes including Cretan “ Skioufikta” (homemade pasta), Sofrito beef stew (a specialty from Corfu), the famous Greek Moussaka and many, many more.

FRIDAYS
FISHERMAN’S BASKET – A mouth watering sensory experience awaits the fish lovers amongst you with an extensive buffet offering grilled salmon, steamed mussels, linguini based fish dishes and an opportunity for you to witness our Executive Chef use his advanced culinary skills and debone a large fish, and elegantly cut it into fillets serving it directly to our guests.

SATURDAYS
MEDITERRANEAN DELIGHTS – Explore culinary secrets of both west and eastern Mediterranean regions with specialties such as Armenian oven baked Lachmajoun or Libyan Haraimi, a rich spicy tomato sauce based fish stew. Additional popular dishes include; Moroccan beef and prune Tajine, Egyptian Koshari, Falafel, Spanish Paella, and many more. For sweet lovers desserts such as the Turkish almond based pastry Sekerpare or Kazandibi caramelized milk pudding will entice your taste buds. Other sweets for further indulgence include; Egyptian Basbousa, Turkish Kadayifi and Ekmek.

Sunday Breakfast

The ultimate relaxing experience of enjoying freshly made Greek coffee whilst watching the master chef artistically create a typical Cretan breakfast of Loukoumades with honey, sesame and cinnammon or traditional Agnopites with local Myzithra cheese are available alongside other specialties. All our Sunday breakfast dishes are highly favored by both grandparents, parents and grandchildren in each traditional family here on Crete.
