A unique option to enjoy the “ultimate Cretan experience” through our a la carte dining opportunity, where by an assortment of Cretan recipes offering healthy Mediterranean specialties can be savored. Your a-la-carte taste experience begins with a combination of local “mezedes”, which include olives, dakos, grilled octopus, smoked pork Apaki, Cretan traditional mini pies filled with wild greens and many more.

This is followed with an optional salad and a wide choice of delectable main dishes including village lamb chops from the Asterousia mountains region. Guests with a vegetarian preference will be able to choose from vegetable Moussakas cooked with fresh vegetables from our organic kitchen garden or Gemista, which include stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice and fresh herbs. A further classical Cretan dish is homemade Skioufikta pasta served with tomato and anthotyro cheese. Additional meat centered and seafood dishes are also available and can be found on the a la carte menu.
To round off your flavorful journey we offer you an assortment of Cretan desserts such as myzithra cheese pies, traditional orange pie, fresh seasonal fruits and of course the Cretan traditional drink, Raki. To compliment your gastronomical journey of Cretan culture you may choose from a selection of local wines with exclusive wine labels also being available at an additional cost.
